Once you've used one, you'll never go back. Definitely one of those little things that can make you much more efficient, especially if you are multitasking a lot.

I can't surf without one. Sure helps keep down the wrist movement.

Mine is a Logitech mouse that "clicks" when scrolling. Recently I tried a "smooth" scroller that doesn't click. Much nicer!

I have scrolling mice on my computers at home but my office uses the non-scrolling kind. Can't stand not having one but have yet to break down and buy one.
